Nice picture, horrible controller design – Byron Caudle –
The picture quality of this TV is amazing, but it stinks all about fairly. Does what he should do, that is to say, but the project from the beginning was bad.

Tuner:

1. N. signal strength meters
2. Dolby Digital through the optical output does not work all 20 minutes, and you must change the channel back and forth to work again.
3. Analog and digital channels will be mixed in numerical order. This is now a moot point, butI've never seen a TV that does.
4. If you use the buttons on the TV itself, you will eventually obtain a change of attitude towards the tuner cable. Changes again, but only through the menu.
5. If you are a channel from the remote, if it means a number of analog channels, if you enter into a sub-channel. Not feel the transmission analog goes away?

Other topics:
1. Analog audio for HDMI 1 = not working, and there is no way to select the digitalor analog audio.
2. Slow start. Is not an LCD projector a bit 'slow, but it's annoying.
3. Menu text is too small to change any other choice.
4. N. analog or optical digital audio outputs when signals from an HDMI source (Internal Speakers only). Now you should use a different connection from the source, if you want a better sound. Kind of defeats the idea of an HDMI cable with ..

Hookup to a receiver is a horror! – Buck Green –
I have my LT32E479 JVC LCD TV just before the holiday. I have two other LCD televisions, which were very easy to connect to a receiver for the sound theater, for a change "source" on their remote and the familiar "AV1" and "AV2" have input source. The JVC does not change the source button on the remote, and even if LV1, LV2, LV3, LV4 and LV5 on the remote and the diagram in the manual accompanying notes to get this TV my DVD player / recorder connected to the showThe receivers were not possible. A call to JVC help line was useless, because the person who answered was not informed on the subject. I am very disappointed. If I had known, which is a conventional TV receiver / DVD control connect to your TV and components through the receiver, I would never buy this device. I expect an email response from JVC on this topic, but I'm not optimistic about their ability to give me a solution, since this receiver has been developed apparentlycontrol over them, and concludes with a receiver component. Another complaint is that the only way to be closed to select the tone of the TV's internal speakers to be with your external speaker surround-sound, the internal speaker to zero – there is no "select internal or external speakers "in a menu, as my other LCD televisions.

I have this TV as a gift for me for Christmas. I must admit that, after several in the store this surpasses them all. Great pictures, audio and easy to control. I would recommend this TV, any search for a good HDTV.
