I have a lot of research and then a lot of shopping opportunities for this product and are very satisfied satisfied with the image and ease of use.
As a non-techno-man, I was a little 'how could I connect with my DVD in question, cable and sound system, but the instructions for this easy.
No Regrets on this important purchase.

Excellent product. The quality of video and audio. Cable TV, DVD, PC input works well with the outputs of an old stereo system for theatrical effect. The ability to slide shows and family videos from your PC to a spectacle of high quality screen is invaluable.
A point to remember is that no matter how high the quality of the TV does not improve the quality of the product or the content transmitted by cable companies.

I bought this TV on clearance. Might be a steal a XBR. Reviews (including CNET and Amazon) were mostly positive and it seemed a good setup. Not so much. From the beginning, I immediately noticed that the image of dim and seemed deaf. The backlight seems to happen too weak, and this problem has been particularly during live sporting events. I did the research as I could on this issue and noted that the plate has a dimmer light environment. I disabled thisFunction in the settings, adjusted the image to the recommended settings and still left with a less satisfactory result.
Luckily, Best Buy has a policy of 30 days, so I took the crowd responded. I decided to spend a little 'more (XBR was 1399, when I have), but I bought the new Samsung B750. Amazing … Sorry, zero! The difference in picture quality is amazing. I would think twice to buy the XBR6. There's a reason whyClearance everywhere!

First of all let me say that I was in most cases, a buyer of electronics Sony for a long time and now I always 1, #

I never had a problem with it, and I love it … but I wanted something bigger …

Well I was wrong!

Well, I was wrong again!
The disadvantages of …
1. The TV is has a poor design … The lower diffuser is in a terrible place, with almostno support. It is difficult to avoid when moving or lifting the contact TV.
2. the TV does not turn on, and believe me, with this problem speaker, you must demonstrate the ability to turn around.
3. The fog is certainly clear, … Now I know that some of the guests earlier downplayed the turbidity problem, but if your like me (a real movie goer, and someone who thinks you should get what) is paid, then you will be disappointed with the theme Haze.
The fog is not alwaysappears, and usually appears when the screen is black in him, but sometimes it covers more than half of the screen when it appears … and then right, if you think it's gone, demonstrates again and ruin your experience.
3. The cost of a TV that this type of problem, and shocking to others Samsung, Sharp, LG, Sony and other models in comparison, is the TV-Stark already overpriced.

The TV has a decent picture and some very cool features, like the function of TV Guide and some of the functions at a distance.

Gosh thank Best Buy offers 30 days no questions asked return policy on everything we buy from them.
So after 2 weeks of thinking, the problem does not exist, ignoring the other guests and the seller, and also come with 2 installers and continue to tell meI would go back to exchange for a Samsung, I finally packed and turned back.
Before going to Best Buy, that morning I left the store with a 40 "Samsung model 40b640.
The TV was only 2 weeks on the market and now available only in the best for 2 weeks, but I was told it was sold like hot cakes, and said it was a TV great.
I was able to buy my Sony across the board for trade Samsung, and the boy that I like a good decision.
Samsung is AWESOME. The contrast is between 80,000 and 1 has 4 HDMI ports. It has a great sound. Basis of rotation. The TV is very easy with a thinner construction than most other LCDs (without the new LCD LED). The remote is very easy to use and is backlit. The TV has a new / big Again. I'm in Terminator 2 on BluRay, and it was just unbelievableAs more real, more clear and it seemed that on this lcd tv, compared to not only the xbr6, but everything else I've ever seen.
I also saw a cable channel HDTV, I have a rabbit ears antenna and, as with the T2 BluRay disc, but it sometimes seemed that I was doing the shooting behind the camera …

This TV is leaps and bounds above the xbr6 Sony and significantly lessCosts.
Sorry Sony, but the poor quality on xbr6 and failed treatment of a serious power problem has led me to competitors and could not be happier right now …
Sony need to remember something … Most people are with you and your product stick for years and years, as she claims, but if it is not really a problem, and behind your customers, then you will lose customers and find a big problem.
